This bowl proved so popular with restaurant customers that Heath had to offer it to a wider audience. Ideal for more than just dessert, from sorbet to salsa to olives to applesauce and everything in-between. For the Summer Collection it's glazed in a duo of glazes—matte Rosalba and Taproot.
Microwave and dishwasher safe. We recommend using gentle, environmentally-friendly detergents. Avoid temperature shock by heating things slowly, evenly, and carefully.
