Warranty Policy

Garza Marfa provides a limited one-year warranty to the original purchaser of Garza Marfa, that the furniture is free from defects in material and workmanship as noted.  Color, texture and finish variations are natural in our selected wood species and our selected saddle leathers and are not covered by this warranty.  This warranty applies under conditions of normal use but does not apply to fading, darkening or defects that result from negligence, soiling, improper cleaning, misuse, abnormal use or accident.  This warranty does not apply to cleaning, shrinkage, wrinkling, stiffening, wear, dye-lot variance, damage or failure due to lack of maintenance; or damage or failure due to chemical treatment or damage caused by pets.  

Garza Marfa will, for one year following the date of the original purchase, at Garza Marfa’s option and its sole discretion, repair or replace, or provide a substitute for, any piece or part found by Garza Marfa to be defective in material or workmanship. Any costs for packing and shipping are not covered under this warranty.
